Protecting your skin is especially important in the summer when the suns rays are stronger and closer to the earth.

Don’t forget to….

  • Apply broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen of at least SPF 30

  • Apply a teaspoon size application to face or 1 ounce to full body

  • Reapply sunscreen every two hours

  • Use a “sport” sunscreen for any extended outside activities

  • Seek shade when possible

  • Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

  • Cover up with hats, and protect eyes with sunglasses
