Protecting your skin is especially important in the summer when the suns rays are stronger and closer to the earth.
Don’t forget to….

Apply broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen of at least SPF 30

Apply a teaspoon size application to face or 1 ounce to full body

Reapply sunscreen every two hours

Use a “sport” sunscreen for any extended outside activities

Seek shade when possible

Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Cover up with hats, and protect eyes with sunglasses
